At DigitalPrintsIE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital downloads (if applicable).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, DigitalPrintsIE will cover the return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with this policy.
